I recorded my mixed CD into pro tools, but have been having a hell of a time splitting it into sperate tracks, which is the best way to do this either in pro tools, or in anotehr wave editorr. I need help- thanks

You can either cut it up into individual files in a wave editor. I use sound forge myself. You can create a cue file, or you can just burn it nero and use the split function in there.

If you're on a PC (you didn't say...) just save the whole thing as a big WAV file, write a cue file and use CDRWin to write your nicely track divided CD. Not having to split the mix into a file for each track saves lots of time
