OK, I am just starting to DJ. I am gonna spin trance. I was wondering if there are so-called "newbie" tracks to learn with. Are there any trance tracks that are good/ easy to learn to beat match to? Any input is much appreciated.... THX.

most of rank 1's stuff, solar stone and paul van dyk have the best basslines to beat match to. there are others but the list would go on and on....so basically start with stuff from these guys and the alikes and you should do fine.

Listen to songs on mp3 before u buy em and get a taste of what your getting (And indeed to find out what u like)

Some easy to mix songs would be tunes that arent too thick at the start and end, (Riva - Stringer and Mo`Hawk - Previous Years) which also gives u good few minutes starting up and cooling down to get the mix in.

Progressive id say would be easier to mix than say some thick uplifting trance.
