In fact I am flying back to Canada this month to do some riding this winter in the Canadian rockies. You should come up for a trip and we could do some snowboarding. I think this could be the beginning of a special friendship

Oh that just fits in with things perfectly. I'm an avid skiier and snowboard hater. Although as much as I'd like to hit up some good canadian glacier skiing, I'll be going to colorado this winter. Thanks for the offer anyway!

hahah yeah that's ok I use to ski...alot of my friends ski but I don't hate them....if they were american and skied ..well that would be a different story.

Understandable haha. Actually I don't hate snowboarders in general. I like hanging out with good ones who can actually carve. I generally hate any amatuers. Boarders because they slide down the entire mountain on their edge and create an ice path. Skiiers because they snow plow left and right disrupting the rythm of your slalom. I think I have a personal pet peeve against amatuer boarders though because most of the posers become boarders. Also they like to congregate and sit in their little groupies right on a decent lip or jump. I don't know any candian skiiers/boarders ... but I think I could learn to hate them with ease.

hahah Finally we agree on something......although I don't have that problem here much cause we ride mostly back country ... most of my friends have sleds. But there was this one time we were crusing down this path on our sleds and hit this american ..he was just standing on the path..you know being all stupid and such....so we had to stop but we did have a tasty dinner that night. Stupid American road kill is the best after nice day of back country ridding....a little fatty though .
