Ok... i have had it!!!!!! this is my second email i just have wrote to ntl, and i swear to god i am gonna get my revenge!!! IF YOU DONT LIKE IT WILSON, FUCK OFF!!! anyhow...for your amusment, here is email 2 to NTL....:
DEAR NTL;
I have emailed you before about my problems with your internet service. You have actually replied, which supprised me, and then immediatley handed me over to one of the moronic henchmen which you call customer support. He then went through every damn thing that has to do with communication on my computer and screwed around with it, and i ended up with the final answer as "um... dunno" and not having the internet for 4 days. I had to fix it myself...originally it started from just not being able to connect about 50% of the time, but after your ever so helpful employee's "fixed" my computer, it wouldnt connect at all. That is just a total example of your QUALITY service. I must disagree with your slogan "Tehcnology Tamed"... it should be more "Technology in a blender". Not only did i not have the internet at all for 4 days, your so helpful employee destoryed the network settings and SOMEHOW had me delete them whilst in his "delete everything" mode. Now i STILL have the problems i had before, oh and much much more. And EVERYONE else i know that has ntlworld! Your service is the worst i have ever witnessed in my whole life! How do you call yourselves a company when all you do is break things or screw whats left to fix up so bad that you couldnt tell the difference from a heap of dog shit between the original problem. I WILL NOT listen to your henchmen again i have learned my lesson from that. All of your lovely helpful and so knowledgable henchmen all told me my problems were of two things. One being my modem and two being the area server messing up. And it is OBVIOUSLY your server. Because if it was my modem, doesnt it seem funny that eveyone i know that has ntlworld and has nearly the same problems as i and we would all have the same model of modem? Well now i am furious!!! the service has only been getting worse!!!!!! it took me FOUR DAMN hours last night just to connect!!!!!!! and now, it took 12 tries before it would establish a connection, all because you people ignore your feedback and never fix any problems. All you do is come out with more bollocks to rip people off with and leave the problems alone! Well i've had it!!!! If you do not reply within the next week, i am going to send off a petition of everyone that has problems with the ntl service to Watchdog, and see if they can take care of you. There is no reason for such bad quality service coming from a huge company as yourselves. You should be ashamed to be even selling any products at all. And dont you DARE reply saying "sorry sir, but we could probably help if we knw what your problems were" because i read most of them out in my last email!!!!! but seeing that you simpily have no organised employees, i think i will repeat what my problems were in the last email.
My problems with ntlworld:
1: Dead connections constantly, and what i mean by 'dead connection' is when you are connected but not sending OR recieving any information. You usualy recieve a max of 300bytes and then the connection stops and never restarts.
2: Mysterious connections, and what i mean by this is that when i connect, i do absolutely nothing but connect and sit and the connection is sky rocketing. the bad part is, that when i try and load ANYTHING internet based, it says it is not connected or the server is down, but where is all that information that i am recieving going?...
3: Not connecting at all! i sometimes will have to try up to 5 hours just for one simple connection to your internet. And i mean CONSTANLY trying! it simpily says either, "unable to find remote computer", or "unable to establish connection".
4: Not loading any webpages, will recieve only certain things. An example would be that MSN is perfectally running fine, but no website at all can be found.
5: Disconnecting early, and what i mean by this is that you connnect, and maybe five minutes later, "SNAP", the connection is gone. I dont think 5 minutes and two hours are anything close to each other.
6: Not disconnecting, sometimes you simpily wont disconnect! the problem with this is the only time it WONT disconnect is when i have a dead connection! i try and disconnect and attempt to reconnect so that i can try and get a normal connection and it says it has disconnected and everything, but the modem is still connected to your server and it wont go away without rebooting!!!!!!
and that is the main points, there are many other of course, but at this point in time, i am so angry with your company, that i cannot think straight. It is not only your internet, it is EVERYTHING. TV, Phone, Digital.... the works!!!! If you have read my last letter, you will see the problems i have had with your other WONDERFUL services...
I hope i make myself clear about fixing your problems, because there is NOTHING wrong on my side! And i WILL make a petition if it comes to it. thank you for your time, i HOPE to get a reply.
