2. block their address


3. MAIL BOMB them, although i don't really recommend this option.

I've had the same thing... Vicoden and Herbal Viagra are the worst, I get over 50 messages a day from those two combined.

You can't block them or report them, really, they do it from fucked-up countries where it's legal like South Korea and Nigeria. Whoever said don't click the unsubscribe is right - it tells them that someone is actually checking your e-mail address and that they can keep spamming it.

Best you can do is filter... since nobody ever sends me a legit message about vicoden, I just filter out that word and send it all to the trash. Viagra is more difficult since people might send jokes or something with that word in it, but generally, the Bayesian filters (built-in to the new Outlook and Thunderbird) take care of those.

don't even open them! Some of them have tiny 1 pixel big pictures which when downloaded from a server, indicates that YOU actually opened your email, meaning your email is valid... i don't know if I'm clear enough.

You guys all seem to be missing the fact that you can't send them anything. The headers are spoofed using security holes in servers that aren't configured properly, so there is absolutely no way to figure out where they actually came from (and even if you could figure it out, all you could do is report abuse to the server admin, there is no real e-mail address where you can contact the spammers at).

Yeah that's what pisses me off the most. They can annoy the fuck out of you but you can't send shit back to them. I tried to flood some Yahoo address I was getting porn email from but they all got sent back.

Ya when i fisrt tryed getting them i tryed to e-mail them back, i just got a message saying the e-mail could not be sent.

My e-mail isnt through outlook express at the moment.....im going through the shaw website to access my mail so i dont have filters. I guess its time to set it up through outlook again
