I think you might be able to get a shitty (and expensive) VGA box offa lik-sang.com but not sure... Dreamcast is the only system that supported a VGA box. and it looked fucking sweet too

you can use a capture and tuning video card for play to whatever console, and u can see the tv (with and anthem) too. I have a pinnacle card and I use my pc monitor for play Game Cube and PS2. Only you have to use DScaler or Kastortv Programms. The quality is good and is cheaper than buy a VGA BOX
