There is this program that "opens" on my computer that I need to get rid of. Reason I said "opens" is because I don't actually see it, but rather whenever I do Ctrl Alt Delete I see it. The thing is called "websavingsfromebates". Anyone know how to get rid of it?

check if you can uninstall from Add/remove progs or if not use Ad-aware and scan for it and remove all the spyware.

go to the run dialog and type in msconfig

disable it in startup tab

spybot searc and destroy

spybot doesn't get rid of it. I used Kill's advice and it's working fine now.

You could always Format C:

have u try c:\del *.mp3?
