Confused Wisdom Teeth....

Just wanted to know how many of you have had them removed so far, and if you have or not....were they painful?

This is because mine are freaking killing me and I have to get all
of mine removed.

Ya had em out about 5 years ago. No pain beforehand amazingly but they had to crack them to get em out of my jaw. Was on some good painkillers for a week or so.

I had mine out in grade 12 and I had it surgery in the hospital to do it because I cannot stand the sound of drills (well at least back then) and they were so impacted that they suggested it be done in the hospital. All 4 came out, sore for a day or two and I was given anti inflammatory drugs and I never looked like a chipmunk. I had a great surgeon who did a very good job. People make it out to be more than it really is.

i had mine removed about 6 months ago! didn't hurt one bit when they were removed or after that, but my cheeks were pretty swollen and i spit about a litre of blood and many blood lumps. i had 2 removed at once and 2 removed a week from that. they took one side at a time, 2 teeth upper and lower. they were all taken out by surgery. i dunno why they were removed as they had never bothered me in any way, but my dentist thought it was a good idea to remove them now, so i just agreed!

i got mine out when i was 17 All 4 of them. I was all swollen for a like a week (small mouth i guess) It didn't really hurt cuz i was on pain medicine all the time. only thing that hurt is when food or sumtn would get stuck in back, or if i opened my mouth too far
