Partying outside of the USA is something every American needs to do at least once in their lives. As the great Pink Floyd once said, "All that you touch and all you see, is all that your life will ever be"... Anyways, I think it's great to see new scenes popping up outside of the USA. It just proves that electronice music is a universal thing.
