He's been into electronic music since the 1970s and I was wondering if anyone on here has any of his material because I have his Jubilee Edition: CD 5 (just that CD, Opera Trance) and his work with Ash Ra Tempel (Gin Rosé at the Royal Festival Hall). They are both very nice CDs and I would like to get more Klaus Shulze material but, buying his Ultimate Collection and both Contemporary Works box sets probably is overkill (and a LOT of money (over 500 USD!)) when you never heard much of his material. Ultimate Collection, released on 2000-01-01, is a 50-CD box set that contains three out-of-print box sets, "Silver Edition" (10 CDs), "Historic Edition" (10 CDs), and "Jubilee Edition" (25 CDs), as well as a final box of more unreleased and improved material. Contemporary Works 1 is a box set of 10 CDs, Contemporary Works 2 is a box set of 5 CDs. Information and reviews of all of his material can be found at http://www.klaus-shulze.com/ . I read the English reviews of the sets but still, I'd like to hear from someone on here about wether if you heard something else would you like this. Because I can't see putting over 500 USD out for something that I barely know about. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone on here can give any input about his music... Thanks!
