Daft Punk are know for their vocoder tricks. So, it's basically a vocoder that processed the vocal.

Actualy thinking about it, they must of used a tone correction on the vocal and matched it to the tone of some fucked out sequence

antares autotune? I have no idea how the vocals sound but changing the pitch of vocals sounds like the works of autotune.

Probably used a vocal as their source and a guitar riff as their carrier through a vocoder. Could be wrong, sounds a lot like a guitar solo to me though.
