technics sl-1200 help

hi guys i just got 2 used technics!! but one dont have the on- off black caps, so i just want to know if its possible to put the table to on anyway??
please help

you need to open it up and manually turn the switch underneath and make sure it holds. Then power on/off by the plugs.
