One of my friends awhile back was a DJ and he always received promotional records for free/extremely cheap. Anyone know how I would go about getting the same thing?

labels will sent them to you if you play regularily in front of large crowds and are able to prove that.

ps. how about using the search button and finding the infos you need ?

I think you usually need to pay a fee (and postage??) to get on their list, so it isn't really a case of getting something for nothing
