Job Opportunity: Junior web developer / Graphics designer (Contract)

This is a f/t contract position until the end of the year with possibility of extension. You'll be doing a lot of flash and web layout stuff but also content updates on occasion. You are expected to have at least 1-2 years of experience in the industry. Great working environment and best of all you get to hang out with me. 
Btw, I'm not the one doing the hiring, it will be my manager. She will contact you for an interview if she likes your resume and portfolio.

Duties will include:
• Providing layout and design expertise for web products and applications
• HTML and CSS editing of existing content and web page/site creation
• Creating Flash ads and demos
• Programming as required
• Ad management support
• Loading and posting of magazine content
Required Skills:
• Strong creative design skills in the web environment and an expert user of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
• Familiar with user interface design principles
• Confident CSS knowledge
• Proficient with HTML and FrontPage
• Familiar with programming languages such as ASP & JavaScript a bonus
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment with multiple and changing priorities
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment and able to work confidently in an independent capacity
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality work
