Actually, this is an interesting thought. It's sort of like keeping track of the "mileage" in your car.
Basically, if you don't simply weigh yourself before and after one time - but do it every time - you can figure out how much of that food your body is actually absorbing and how much body weight you gained! Sort of like monitoring your metabolism.
I may try this... heh.
