Easy, just set up the second computer as you would a hardware synth. I'm assuming when you say VST, you mean VSTi, so here goes.
Logic midi out --> pc midi in
pc audio out --> logic audio in
If you mean VST and not VSTi and are interested in setting up a second computer as an fx rack, then this is a little more complicated. I have an article somewhere on it though if this is what you want, I can have a look for it.
