without disco you have no house (one led to the other)
without house, you have NO TECHNO (since techno was inspired by chicago house).
without techno, you don't really have hardcore (one led to the other)
without hardcore, means NO trance, No drum'n'bass, No Jungle

It all started because 611 records got this shirt in today. Its mainly just a joke that we all argue about this every week. It never seems to go anywhere. But its always fun when someone feelings get hurt over it. But the shirts are funny, and Lance really needs that 1$/ shirt he's getting.

ironically, the man plays tech house and weirds stuff, from what i heard...

You can't just say "house sucks" or "trance sucks" you have to listen to them long enough to appreciate the genre. I listened to trance for over a year and a half, and frankly I got sick of it. Same old formula used over and over again... Just doesn't cut it anymore.

Now house is my new niche. Prog house, tribal house, acid house... amazing genres... Throw in a few breaks, some DNB, and I'm all set.

Diversify people!!! Too much of the same thing is bad for you. Well except sex, but thats another story

word, i got sick too, now it's more hard trance, MUCH more breaks, MUCH MORE ambient, and an immense amount of classical with some oldschool trance wonders thrown inbetween. ASOT? i just can't handle it anymore!
