why do you need a specific bpm range? unless you're planning on mixing it with trance at 140 or higher, you shouldn't have a problem adjusting the pitch.
i would suggest some tunes, but i can't be arsed to check the bpms
Eh... why do the tracks need to be in the 132-135 bpm range? It takes like 10 seconds to adjust the pitch with a computer app... and even less on an actual turntable.
Oh, and there are loads of great tunes beeing released at the moment:
Panoptic - Harmonic Germs
Subsky - Albino
Alex Dolby - Hazy Way
Bedrock - Heaven Scent (Yunus Guvenen Remix)
Desert - Moods (Remy Mix)
Kruger & Coyle - Rubberlove
M. Accorsi & J. Basetti - Until The End
Michael Burns - Corrective Tones (Panoptic & MDK remixes)
Minilogue - Leloo
Steve Porter - Definite Form / Vodka Cranberries
Tigerhook - Tonite
The Flash Brothers - Deep Love EP
Andy Ling - Calling Angels
All should be around 130-135bpm

Just straight prog, or are proggy breaks acceptable?
If so - check out
Jono Fernandez - Colours of Conscience
Jono Fernandez and Luke Chable - Before you break on me
Chable & Bonnici - Ride
most stuff by MdK (Matthew Dekay) is in that range as well.
