Ok basically all you need to do is drag the midi file into FL4, then you will get an empty sampler channel that contains the score from the midi (all the notes).
What you will want to do next is copy and paste those notes into the channel you want them to be in, for example a pro53 channel, or absynth or fm7 or whatever. Then hit play and boom, there you go.
I wouldnt worry too much about the wavs other than the vocals, they wont do you much good, you will want to make your own bassline, right? If you dont, just drag the waves into FL4 and then select an empty pattern and then click the first step of the wav channel, you may need to use the fit function to ensure that it loops properly.
Also, you are way too late for the competition. Have fun remixing.
