Best events in 2003 ?

So what's your top 5 picks for the best events/parties/clubnights in the past year, that you attended?
I mean a single evening or day, not a series of weekly or monthly events, though each of your picks could be a particular edition of such an ongoing event.

Let's have two categories:
1. In NYC (or if you're not from, and haven't been in, the NYC area, then in the area covered by this forum, e.g. Boston, DC, etc)

ummm...i will have to say... PVD @ central park but only problem was.. it ended to early !!!!! lasers rule in outdoor especially in a park!!!!!. PVD @ ROXY 11/14 was awesome night.. but i had to wait like 2 hours outside that was a bitchhhhh.

my fave events of the year have to be pvd at the roxy 11.14 and armin van buuren at arc 10.1... just some fun nights for me.

hmm yeah i'll have to go with tiesto at the roxy 5.16 too.

omg i missed pvd in central park bc of a family event doesn that suck!! it does to me, yeah im all like "hey so nice to see all of you" to my uncles and aunts. etc. really in the back of my mind im like omg cp must be bangin right now haha.

question. does anyone know when pvd's next appearance will be in nyc?
