Click on the greyish bar on the bottom of the synth window. According to where you click, the pitch will change (kinda emulates a keyboard with the mouse).

Can you explain it again?
I tried but nothing happend
[Edit]
I fixed the prob in fruity.
But how can I hear something in the standalone synth
Look at the main window (the big one with the sliders), well, you see the grey surface on the bottom of that window? It takes the whole width... Click on it with your mouse.
Of course, it would be much simpler if you used a keyboard with midi capabilities (or a midi controller).
