I just heard that two of my friends whom I graduated high school with died in a car accident early this morning whilst coming back from the beach. Only one of them made it alive, with a broken leg and a clavicle(sp?). The two weren't really close friends but they were still the kids who I shared memories with at beach trips, classes, and parties only 3 months ago when we graduated. I know it won't affect me or you all that much when we go on with our lives today, but I just wanted/needed to vent.
Ive never dealt with death before in life and this is so overwhelming right now.

i doubt christmas will be the same for that family ever again, that is really unfortanate. Even if you were not good friends or hung out with the person i know it is sad to see them go because everyone in this world is unique in their own way and you know you won't see that persons uniqueness anymore. You have my full sympathy...death is not easy to deal with

Shows how fragile life is...one day you are talking to someone...the next day..that person is gone. Same thing happened to me last year, I know the pain....it's extremely difficult to deal with. Yet we all deal with death of others and all will deal with our own deaths (depends if you believe in the afterlife or anything else). It's not easy, it does not help ease the pain....my hero died last year in december near christmas...totally shattered me. That's why I try to make every moment count with others.

So my sincere condolences elena...
