anyone know after how much time hotmail and yahoo would cancel your email, if you don't use it?
or in other words, getting "this email is invalid" when you try to email someone

i know that after 4 months of inactivity, yahoo closes your account.


by inactivity i'm not sure if they mean "not logging in", "not sending emails" or both. i think it's just not logging in.

I think they close hotmail after 30 days of not logging in at all.. I closed my last one like that because of overflow of junk mail
