Does logic read soundfonts?

I only seem to remember getting a good piano voice from a soundfont.

Also, FOR CHRISTS SAKE, is there another plug-in like the fruity granulizer I can use?

Never seen 1 but there probably is. Whats wrong with using fl as an instrument anyway? Too awkward?

Cpu power, I dunno.
I dont want to use fruity in my producing anymore. As good as the program is it reminds me of my 'Old' way of producing and destroys my inspiration. Kinda like why Liem (prodigy) left his hardware studio for a new one, freshness.

Anyway, there must be something to do this effect. Unless fruity are the source of all granulized effects before it was even created.

Is it possible to use FL effects/instruments as a VST/DX from logic or cubase?

You could always try for yourself. Find them in the fl directory, and install them in your new sequencers plugin folder.

You should be able to use the fruity VST effects, i.e. the ones in the VST folder. Just copy the .dll files over to the Steinberg VST folder, or the logic VST folder.

I don't use logic though so I'm not sure on how to do it there. I imagine its the same.
