ok, this is gonna sound strange, but there is this sven väth song i heard a long time ago, i heard it on mtv, i can't remember the song, at all, but i do rememember that i liked the song and i remember some parts from the video,

it had a long shot with some person on a boat and the sun was shining and that's it,

if anyone knows what song i'm talking about please help me

That Barbarella tune is actually Barbarella - My Name Is Barbarella. The vid is most likely for Deep Dish's Armageddon Breakdown Mix, as the orig is waaaay too old for MTV to play it.

That should be Sven Väth - L'Esperanza. In that video you see Sven himself on a boat.
