Same thing as USB Quick Drive, 128mb, 256mb, and higher variants. Plug it into a USB port and it's basically another small drive. Some of my buds started using it to transfer files. I'll get one very soon because I have a use for it. Saves messing around with CDs; you can put the damn thing in your pocket, since it's about half the size of a pen. Don't need the watch function and fumbling with a piece of cord hanging out from my wrist all the time.
