Funny how life hits you hard when you least expect it

It just came to my attention that I knew the father of one of the people who died in the place crash on lake Erie, a few days ago. Guy died before age 30, funny how life hits you hard when you least expect it. Also shows how precious life is.

life is precious and far too many of us take it for granted, myself included...my grandmother died new years eve, she was 92 and went in her sleep...i think we'd all take that deal if we could...a buddy at work was close friends with the family of the two women that died in whitby last week when the train derailed and fell off the overpass onto their van...and my parents attended a funeral of a 29 year old father of 3 who was as healthy as you can be but never awoke from an afternoon nap, so ya never know....

we abuse our systems by poor eating habits, lack of exercise or taking in substances which were never meant to be in our bodies in the first place and expect to come out of it every time without a scond thought...as tough and durable as the body is it can also be incredibly fragile and quit on you at any time...

my biggest new years resolution was to cut down on the partying and take better care of myself though that kind of went for a crap at ultraspin4...however the way i felt on sunday i'm surprised i'm still on the right side of the grass...i think i've just about used up my nine lives...

Every one of those experiences also increase our mental weath however.

One could die at any time. Would anybody feel satisfied dying @ 30 and living in a box their whole life? I don't think so.

Live responsibly, have fun, enjoy live, see the best in people.

After all - the final determination of ones impact are the people that show up to their wake. Being good = people wanting to celebrate you and your life.

(me I hope everybody I know shows up at my wake - I try to give my all to every person I meet).

I sent my sympathy to the family.

They have not recovered the bodies from the icey lake yet, so the funeral is on hold.

depends on who is spinning but usually it's house with lots of vocals up until around 2ish then things get a bit darker as everyone's meds kick in....sometimes it gets proggy or techy but the residents play their share of diva-dance...if i had to recommend a night to go it would be when mark falco is spinning...
