Vizay - Reflection (former unnamed)!

New updated version!

hoy there folks, it's time for me to give you another track

this time it's a bit more straight on than my last track citrus source, less breakbeats and so on

I'm not 100% shure a bout the mixing yet so I might have some things to fix there but it should sound pretty okey.
The track has not gone through any masteringprocess so the volume will be very low for now but I intend to fix that pretty soon

Download the updated track by clicking here

feel free to give feedback, good things and bad things...just hit me

enjoy!

[edit about the update]
well I sat down today and came to the conclusion that it needed to be totally redone in the mixing so that's basicly what I've done.

changes also include:

*new intro
*minor changes to different sounds (eqing & compression mostly)
*changed a misstake with the bassline

the tune is also mastered now so the low volume should be fixed

[final edit]
Redid the mix and mastering again, no biggie really, only turned the highs down a little.

Finally came up with a name, or rather, a guy at the anjunabeats forum came up with the name for me

once again, enjoy!

The first part sounds good. No real problems here imo.

At the break I think you should have a little less delay on the guitar. The melody is really good tho.

The guitar is maybe a little too low in the main part.

I think this one is better than Citrus Source. A little more "trancy" Keep it up!

Sounds okay, although it is a tad boring to my tastes. The melody repeats and there aren't a whole lot of instruments added or taken away during the course of the track. Not a bad production by any means though!

bass sounds ok, subbass too
guitar is cool, fresh and summer-ish, other synths sound pro too.
Same comment as previous tho, the melody gets a bit boring towards the end.
nice work !

hey vizay

i liked your other track last time.

about this, mastering is poor here.

intro wasn't keen about it, needs more, the second synth that comes in the intro, not a fan of that.

guitar is really nice with the acids.

pads are ok, but they sound a bit thin.

this track really needs drive, and if you tighten up the kick bass and clap, it will be alot better i think.

hey
#1 suggestion is mastering, u cant really hear the clap, the percs are too trebly, the kick is too weak and is acting as a bass kind of, as for structure and everythign esle u know what ur doing, u just gotta master the mastering but dont give up, practice makes perfect

peace out

well as a matter of a fact I can master my mastering, I just havent done it yet (as I wrote in my first post)

I'm a bit fucked up in my ears today so if I start the mastering right now it will prolly sound like shite so I'm saving it for tomorrow

have some ideas about some things I wanna change too so it doesn't get as repetitive as it is now

stay tuned for another update on the track soon

hehe I was actually sober
but usually when I work with my tracks I do the mixing while creating the track so it takes it's place at the same time as the creating of different instruments and such...

when I redid the mixing now I took the mainpart of the track and reworked it from there

Hej..... Skitbra låt...Opps sorry in english

I really like this track... Its dreamy, mellow but has that elegant touch of roughness at the same time.... I have to agree with NooN, a little less delay on the guitar wouldn't hurt...

Over all this is a good track, keep it up...

Friendly greetings from the ghost of Mozart...
