/me always loves it when Apple releases something 'new', everybody rushes to buy em, and then a month later eBay's filled with people selling theirs.

$300 is overpriced for what it's worth.

Brand new, unopened I can see paying a max of $250.

The value of these is going down bigtime especially since the massive lawsuit that was filed against apple due to the scratching issues.

My best bet to sell this would be e-bay but you will not get $300 for it.

Considering the Four Gig version retails for $300 and supply on them is a little short @ the mo, it's not THAT unreasonable.

Drop 'er 25 bucks and I'm certain you'll have people knockin'.

Coolz. As for the screen being scratched apparently it's only in a few rare models that were sold/made.
