.... i can go on forever with this one; i liked trance a lot in 2001/2002... i feel prog. is peaking right now and trance is at a low... hopefully the two will reverse  I've had enuff of prog for one year

*** as you can see; prog has been ownin me lately; get the new Way Out West sets and James Holden sets. They are ownin the scene in progressive house right now  ... the best prog. producers right now that are on fire which you should really check out is Petter, Sultan & Tonedepth, G-Pal, and of course Markus Schulz usually never dissapoints. Digital Witchcraft is also on fire right now and listening into some proton radio (www.protonradio.com) once in a while wont hurt.
For trance, I feel it is at a low right now, i mean in this particular month; a lot of new producers doing some good stuff right now; i suggest taking a look into amateur productions forums or goibng back and listening to some classics that you might not have heard before.... try to get some Paul Oakenfold's 1999 Essential Mixes and look into some underrated artist sets such as John 00 Flemming who we're going to see on Jan. 17 The new trance that is being made.... I dont think is THAT great... and the ones i do like are a bit cheezy and lack layers and complexity
