Jdotp New Mix
Ever since the day his mother bought him a tinny tinny piano in the local toyshop, music has been his passion. At the age of 15 he finally got money to buy himself a pair of decks, a mixer and some records.
JdotP is well known for being more of a crossover DJ than one in the same genre. His sets could be everything from funky/ filtered house to minimal progressive/techno, but the music always has to be soulful. JdotP just loves to surprise the crowd and play different styles instead of just be stuck to one.
His mixes are intelligently and smoothly combined with effects from his precious tool, the mixer. You wont see JdotP stand still behind the decks either. Since he has a buring passion for the music he plays and loves to feel the energy streaming out from the crowd back to him and he just has to dance with them. Pure love for sure!!
It would be very wrong to say that JdotP has turned into a bright star over a night. The road to success has been long and tough. He has been DJing and arranging both legal and illegal parties all over Sweden for over 10 years now but it is only the last year that he has been recognised as the great DJ he truly is. The carrier also got a boost last year (2202) when JdotP DJ at the same event as Deep Dish and Geoff Gains at the legendary Mondaybar’s 10 year birthday in Stockholm. Since this event JdotP has DJ at various events with DJs like Guy Ornadel, Cari Lekebush, Joel Mull, Parham, Moose, Inkfish, , Rouzbeh Delvari, Stonebridge, Petter among other. Some clubs JdotP has performed at are; Milk! (Tallin/ Pärnu/ Tartu, Estonia), Weekender, Basic, Mondaybar, Headline, Club Privé (Tallin, Estonia), Sundance Festival (Tallinn, Estonia), Mondaybar/ Cream Cruise and more... To say that JdotP is an “upcoming DJ”, is for sure no lie.
