i used to play rugby for school and club teams which meant i was playing or training around about four times a week, plus playing football/soccer with mates during the week, i also did a lot of gym work.

but over the past year and a half i've never played one game of rugby and near enuff every weekend i go out and drink to extremes so i'm looking for 2004 to be a detox year.

to answer your question no i'm not in shape.

Exercise once or twice a week. Other than that I'm a lazy bum

I've always done a competition sport; football (8 years), and mountain bike (3 years). But since a year and a half my life is go to clubbing at weekend and study and work during the week, so I don't have time for doing any competition sport, sometimes I cycle or I play football and tennis matches with my friends but only sometimes. Was in good shape over the summer and trained hard but got a new job and have had to give up football so not so good now - need to get back into training!!!
