For some reason, <-- most likely my lack of knowledge on how to post a piece of the song, but I hit attach browsed to it and it failed to attach to my message. I'm sure someone knows just based off the set name and the 4 minutes in to it. Thanks

well u may need to make the attachment smaller, or just cut it, use the software from the software section on this site, and post a smaller bitrate version, then some can ID it for u

I attached it at bitrate of 160, but the total file was only 440k under the limit. How do you save in lower bitrate?

dont know about lowering the bitrate never used the software, but have a look at the software on offer at the ta software section
