ooooooooook I appreciate any help anyone can give me here.

1. O.K theres a website I'm part of called meetmeinto. I want to change the colours of some of the boxes on it to black but bgcolor only changes the background colour and not the colour of the boxes (here's the site just so you know what I mean --------> CLICK HERE) So anyone have any ideas on how I'd do it? I can only edit the text in the two blue boxes on the bottom but by doing so with HTML and whatnot I can change the layout of the page.

2. I want to put music in the profile but not music that automatically starts when the person enters the page, just like quicktime controls or something so they can press play, well not quicktime because it's default is set to autoplay but you get what I mean. So first off I need to know how to rip a song out of a liveset (the second last song in the Filterheadz set from monday night ) and I'll probably need to downgrade the quality because I need to know where I can upload the song.

Ripping a song from a set is easy. Just use soundforge or similar program to cut the part out of the set that you want and then use that.

O.K I've been told I need to use Cascading Style Sheets. Now can someone tell me how? I need to use td and tr to replace the table colours.

For the uploading of the song now all I need is a place to upload and what program I can use that will not automatically play the song.
