The right title is Skin - Faithfulness(DJ Tiesto Remix). It has been out on vinyl for quite a while. Samples on various record store sites

its a good track. somehow got called 'ten' when everyone was trying to figure out what 'traffic', 'faithfulness', and 'ten' really were.

"ten" is the name of the woman who sings the song.
