Just recently(last couple days sometime) Lineage 2 began accepting english beta-submissions.

It looks like a cool game, and if World of Warcraft were not coming out, I may have played this. I am going to sign up for the beta anyway to see how it feels.

I have the taiwan beta and I find it extremely boring. Besides the fact that 95% are chinese speaking (which makes it even more boring), it's a pure powerleveler's game. All you do is level, nothing else. I got bored fairly quickly...

graphics are simply beautiful though (on my 9600xt)
