Dunno Nice rolling Bassline?

Im pretty new to production, and ive got the hang of most things, but ive got no idea where to start with basslines!

how do i make a nice rolling bassline? (an idiots guide please! )

Im currently using Reason and cuebase....

Any help and guidence would be great!

It's all in the layers.
I tend to use 3-4 layers of bass myself. 1 with low-end shaved off and some delay/reverb, 1 simpler one in the middle and 1 sub-bass which is usually very simple. Once you combine these all you'll usually get a nice rolling bass.
