hey i recently deleted all these viruses on my comp ..but now my download manager doesnt work it says "A requires .DLL File, TSAD DLL, was not found". it doesnt ven open reget anymore which sucks big time because i wann ad/l some stuff

There is a rescue function on the anti-virus program i used but i cant find a file with that name on it

please any help wikl be much appreciatted
