I know this question has been already asked -and answered-, but I need detailed instructions... because it is not working for me.

How do I throw in my own picture in the avatar???

I have it on my webpage, I have it on my hd... but the mf just won't show.
Profile > Edit Options > Change Avatar... and then what???

Upload it to TA (at the bottom of that page)

The pic must be less than 20kb and max 100x100 pix

how are you supposed to edit the picture so its 100 x 100. and how do i know the size? is tehre a windows program? let me know thx
