Just go to any store tha specializes in paint only and ask them for "Chroma-Key" paint in whatever color you want. They come in red, green, and blue I believe. Then you just paint a white wall or a large piece of white canvas with it and voila!.

(I believe you were asking about the actual settings not what software to use. Otherwise my answer is pointless, sigh.)
