Heard Justin Robertson play this before.

Kind of a funky tech-house'r that just pumps along & starts with chopped up vocoded vocals that say:

"As we step.......As we step upon to........As we step..........As we step upon to...."

Then it chops the vocals up into robotic kinda blips over the beat followed by a break where I think the vocal goes something like:

"Dublin(???) is becoming round your way.....have you been hearin what they say.....theyre where your body shares the day.......but you took to long to pay......"
Vocal has a very 70's kinda sound to it,kinda like the Jam or the Clash or somebody lol

Then it goes back to the vocal like before with the slight variation below,also includes a robotic deep voice saying - "switch it".......

"As we step up onto you......As we step up..........As we step up onto you & ya know we really wanna...."

Someone must be able to ID it from all this!!!!
