Not a bad piece of work but still sounds quite minimal by today's standards. The reason I say this is because it sounds like a lot of trance you used to get in about 99. This isn't a bad thing by the way, just an observation.

To bring it up to date I think you need to layer your sounds more. That lead is a good base to start with but to make it more interesting I think you need to write some acompanying melodies.

I think the kick is distorting slightly but that might just be my system.

The Pads need a lot of work in my opinion as they are too thin and need both padding out and layering.

I think a few more effects might make it more interesting too.

Still on the whole a nice piece of work and you are definately making progress.

Keep up the good work man!

Cheers
Nem

thx dude,

Ive made some changes u suggested. it always helps to get advice.

Im trying to make something a bit simpler and clubby, trance, rather than the more progressive sound the 'purists' hear like

now - bring back 1999 I say!

BTW, nice website.

Do you have make any tunes?

Yup, got one here.

LINK

It's probably not what a lot of the trance purists are into but it's a work in progress if you will.
No one seems to be putting any feedback so they most likely hate it he he.

Also got a handful on the website.

Cheers
Nem
