Pulp Victim - The World 2004 (Greg Murray Remix)
Heard it twice on Johan Gielen's Lift Off show, ... and I really like it, I think it may be a good track to put in the beginning of your set 
Good vocals, steady and nicely done bassline and just a mellow beat beneath it all.
I don't know the original, cause it's a 2004 version, ... there obviously must be an older version
