if you have long hair you need to do both. If you have really short hair , i dont think theres any point in using a conditioner.
I choose both ! Cant live without one or the other!

i'm a dude and i got relatively short hair...i use both. it makes my hair nice and soft. but i hate the 2 in 1 bullshit...you got to get completely seperate sham and cond...
