I've just started listening to loads of psytrance n I'm kinda hooked on it. As a psytrance newbie I was wondering if i could get some good recommendations of good psytrance tracks. (old or new)


searched around but either too many posts, none specific to what I want.

Astral Projection - Mahadeva

i think psytrance is more than the tracks.

1.) dont shower
2.) hug trees
3.) take acid
4.) appreciate colour more than normal

I dunno Cobalt. AP was always associated with psytrance and Infected Mushroom with GOA. Did you maybe reverse the two, or did i mess up?

Infected Mushroom & Astral Projection are considered 'psy-cheese' to a lot of the hardcore fans so I'm told.

Personally I like Astrix, Eskimo, Compressor & Alien Project, best thing to go is grab sets by AP or Guy Salama though, and start there, it's a cool genre, esp for an alternative to trance & techno
