i know ill probably get some criticism for this, but mauro picotto.

(i was going to say marco v, but he was already mentioned)

i say mauro picotto because some of his live mixes have awesome elements of techno and trance thrown together. also, he does the same with some of his productions. many have a techno feel with trance tunes.
