Use redrum. If the 16th note pads aren't fast enough, then use the sequencer to play the samples at 32nd or 64th notes.

im 90% certain there is a nob on redrum to set pattern length (or similar) to 8/16/32/64/128 or something, the 64 sounds like gabba that may be what your after!

The circled control on the left will adjust the speed relative to the tempo of the master track.
The circled control on the right will place 2 drum hits in the space of one, with the knob determining how far apart time-wise the 2 hits will be. Remember you have to hit that white button next to the knob, and then click on the drum trigger below. If you did it correctly, a red light will show up right above the programmed drum trigger.
