After reading through those it looks like the answer largely depends on what you define as "trance," and whether you snag yourself on technicalities such as the length of a maxi CD. The longest compositions listed (I can't really call them singles) are all ambient:

Steve Roach - The Dream Circle (73:55)
The Orb - Blue Room (39:58)

Here are the longest I found in those threads from other genres, though there's some ambient crossover:

Any more ideas? I'd really like to get a definitive answer to this question, though I'm willing to accept there might not be one.

my longest one is 15:36 and is the Blue Amazon remix of Bedrock ft KYO - For what you dream of not the longest by far, but the best I can muster from my collection
