A few comments on my part before I spill the list.
1. I got hit on the side of the head with the flu from hell so I did my best this week but no doubt I missed alot of things so please be gentle on me.
2. My war vs my distributors rages on at an alarming rate and I am beside myself at what to do. Orders don't get filled/go missing etc and I look like an ass. I offer my sincerest apologies (Tom, you esp) and hope to offer more reliable service in the future.
3. The hold situation is getting a little out of hand. If you request things to be put on hold you are expected to come and clear you bag by sunday at the latest or your items will be restocked (unless you call me, the store or e-mail and request another arrangement)
