Need a pair of Ortofon's ..advice pls

I'm looking for the cheaper range of concordes like the concorde Pro, or Pro DJ kits. Could I have feedback from those of you with the cheaper concordes and tell me which is the most worth it.. and suited to my style of music.. I dont scratch.

If I may ask...

why do you "need" ortofons?

exactly what I was thinking...there are choices that are cheaper, and just as good, if not better than ortofons, but if thats what you want, go for it.

i "need" not ortofons, but CONCORDES, coz they look f*ckin cool.. my only alternative choice would be the m44Gs... but I'm kinda sick of those carts and kinda want concorde-style carts =)

Ah, then you mean P-mount cartridges, the ones with integrated headshells.

Concorde is an actual model name of Ortofon, so if you ask for Concordes, you ask for Ortofon...

But the cheapest Concorde Pro S are still pretty good. Not as good as high grade needles from other brands (or Ortofon too), but still pretty good.
If you want the best of both worlds, take Ortofon Dj S, they don't cost too much, and their quality is excellent.
